Oakley 2+1 Terms of Participation

1. Scope
These terms are valid from 16 June 2025 for the purchase of Oakley eyeglasses or sunglasses and remain in effect while clothing product stocks last.

If eOptika Ltd. is unable to fulfill the placed order for eyeglasses or sunglasses based on feedback from the supplier, the customer will be notified in accordance with the usual procedure.

2. Rules regarding the optional products available in the promotion:
For a single order containing 2 Oakley eyeglasses or sunglasses, 1 original Oakley apparel item (T-shirt or cap) can be selected from the designated landing page and added to the cart. Only 1 original Oakley T-shirt or cap can be chosen per order.

The selected apparel item will only be shipped if the customer has chosen the required number of Oakley eyeglasses or sunglasses as specified in the promotion description.

The optional products cannot be exchanged for cash, and in the event of a complaint, no refund in cash will be given for the value of the selected item.

3. Special Customer Groups:
Employees and contracted subcontractors of eOptika Ltd. may only participate in this promotion with the prior approval of the managing director of eOptika Ltd.

According to the General Terms and Conditions of eOptika Ltd., resellers are not served in this promotion either. The products available under this promotion may only be purchased by private individuals for personal use. The number of items sold per customer must not exceed a reasonable quantity for personal use, and the products may not be resold.

4. Other Conditions:
For all matters not regulated in this promotional policy, the General Terms and Conditions of eOptik.se shall apply.

eOptika Ltd. reserves the right to modify or supplement this Promotional Policy even during the promotion period. Any changes will take effect immediately and will be published in the Promotional Policy available on our website. Modifications shall not adversely affect the fulfillment or terms of orders already placed, but the amended Policy will apply to all orders placed after the changes come into effect.
